Sup from the Big Apple

We arrived in New York yesterday where we will be spending the next week and a half, firstly playing a show and then writing and recording some new songs with Paul Mahajan in Brooklyn. Our trip has been sooooooooooo amazing thus far, our very first headlining show in Tokyo sold out, our show with The Living End in Los Angeles also sold out and then we flew to Austin for SXSW where we had a great time, played a few packed out shows and got to see Say Anything & Saves The Day play together on the same show... Best ever. We made a heap of new friends and caught up with some old friends aswell, all in all everything has been amazing.

On Thursday night we are playing at Crash Mansion in SOHO, so if any of you who read this live in NYC, you should come down and hang out with us. It will be an awesome show as our friends Gyroscope and Decoder Ring are both playing aswell.

MTV Awards voting is still open and we would LOVE LOVE LOVE it if you could vote for us. It would be the perfect coming home present from you guys and we would return the favour by writing each of you individual postcards from the top of the Empire State Building. Really. OK. What else is news? Um. When we arrive home we will be playing a couple of one off shows in April and then head on tour with The Living End & Gyroscope in May which is going to be such a HUGE tour and i believe most of the shows have sold out or are very close, so if you haven't got your tickets yet be quick punks!
